Do this, take control of your mind.. Dr. Joe Dispenza

I came across this post in Dr. Joe Dispenza facebook group and thought I'd share it. Enjoy.

If you keep firing and wiring those networks in your brain, the hardware eventually becomes the software program and making choices that are in alignment with your future becomes more automatic. When you do it enough times, as we walk as our future self this behavior becomes the habit of the new self. This is how we create new habits of thought and behavior. Then one day you naturally walk from your front door to your car as that future person—not as the unconscious programs that you normally live by.
One of the other major hurdles in this process of becoming is to teach your body to emotionally feel your future. The more you can feel the emotions of your future, the less likely you will be to live in lack and separation, because the longer we condition our body into the emotions of our future, the more we feel like that future has already happened. By Gary V.

A lot of you that follow me have been asking for the strategy regarding how to grow your Instagram account. So here it is.

This is by far one of the most practical pieces of content I have ever produced. Aside from the macro mindset, I want to make sure that I am giving you equal amounts of clouds and dirt. I want you to understand why this is important, but I also want you to understand how and what to do in order to execute. These are the real world details AKA “the dirt” that is going to make a difference in 2018.

It doesn’t matter if you have an Instagram account with a million followers or if you just created a new profile today, this is absolutely the advice I would give to anyone looking to build a more...

Are your HABITS of thinking supporting or sabotaging your success?

The average person has up to 70,000 Habitual thoughts per day...

We interact with roughly three new people every day (each of which has up to 70,000 Habitual thoughts per day).

Moreover... Many spend roughly 7-hours browsing the Internet visiting 100's of webpages and interacting with around 600 other humans indirectly (each of which has the same amount of Habitual  thoughts per day).

This happens across digital devices, applications, social networks, messaging apps, and all of these are being used at the same time.

Internally this drives people crazy. People don't realize these habits have become major Habit that controls their thinking.

Habits and Comfort Zone

As you move outside of your comfort zone, what was once the unknown and frightening becomes your new normal ~ Robin Sharma

As humans, we make choices everyday. It’s these choices that determine and create our daily Habits, the situations we deal with, our choices will also pave the path to our goals.

The trouble is that our minds often lie to us. Our mind has developed what are known as heuristics (shortcuts) that create quick decisions. Or, your mind is quick to make decisions for you (fight or flight) and it serves us well most of the time (and that’s why it exists).

But these heuristics also have a negative side: Your mind often look for the easiest path. It lets you believe, feel, and do things that often put you in a comfort zone.

Want to shoot a video? Your mind tells you that you don't look good or nobody will watch it.

Want to meet somebody new? Your mind deters you by making you feel unsafe or tells you that you’d make a fool of yourself.
