No. Heart-rate (HRV) is too easy to fake and too coarse. Can people cheat the system?
Extremely difficult. The AI was trained to distinguish genuine emotional regulation from breathing tricks, caffeine, beta-blockers, or forced slow breathing. Fake attempts rarely trigger rewards (we’re <3 % false-positive rate in beta testing).
